Customers need to do the research on the provider (as with anything really) before buying. Telesphere is extremely financially sound, has 24/7/365 service both over the phone and in person if needed, over the entire US. We guarantee QOS and we provide customers with the phones, switches, routers and all the setup at no capital expenses. We have customers with 5 phones and one customer has 900 phones in a single location! We are well funded and are growing rapidly! So as you can see, not all hosted providers are the same. This was not meant to be a sales pitch but if your interested in learning more, let me know. We also have a very lucrative agent program for any interested parties that beats all CLEC providers. Well im no sales genius, but far as I can see it is the most cost effective way to reach a bunch of potential clients. If your message is sharp, clear and rehearsed it can net you some great results. I think if you took a cross section of the top 10% of Sales professionals they certainly (my guess) started by 'dial'n for dollars' and 'pounding the pavement' and did the numbers. Last of all .. I found cold calling has netted me deals I would not have otherwise been in and in my short time at it (like it or not)..
